We have served this dish at so many kids events and they get wolfed down so quickly, you may want to get more than you think.
String beans are very low in sugar coming in at only 2 grams/cup, so they are an excellent way to keep your blood-sugar cravings to a minimum when you realize spring and summer are just around the corner.
