Fill half da Brain BOSS with finger friendly veggies such as:

  • cherry tomatoes

  • sliced cucumbers

  • chopped broccoli

  • baby carrots

  • sliced zucchini

  • chopped cauliflower

  • snap peas

  • raw spinach leaves

  • sliced or baby red, yellow & green peppers

  • alfalfa sprouts

  • celery sticks

  • kale

  • asparagus

Fill a quarter of the Brain BOSS with finger friendly fresh fruit such as:

  • pears

  • melon

  • grapes

  • bananas

  • apples

  • figs

  • prunes

  • tangerines

Fill a quarter of the Brain BOSS with protein such as:

mini hummus

mini guacamole

almonds

flaxseeds

hemp seeds

pine nuts

walnuts

cashews

small handful of kidney bean, cannelini beans, chick peas

green peas

mini cottage cheese

mini yogurt

hard boiled egg

cubed chicken breast

cubed steak

mini tuna salad

a few bits of salmon or smoked salmon

Fill a quarter of your Brain BOSS with POWER grains such as those in:

  • Engine-2 Triple Seed Crispbread (100 cal each!)

  • Mary’s Gone Crackers

  • Wasa crispbread

  • small cup of DeCecco brand regular or whole wheat fusilli or farfalle

  • pouch of instant 365 flaxseed or multigrain organic oatmeal

  • cubed high fiber bread

  • small cup of cooked brown rice
