- Organic tricolor carrots
- Olive oil, avocado oil, or a mixture of both
- Sea salt
Cut your carrots of many colors lengthwise once, then again.
Lay your oranges, golds, reds and purples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Give them a little space to breathe in between.
Rub-a-dub your colorful babies evenly with olive oil, avocado oil, or a mixture of both! (Olive for taste, high-smoke-burn oil for browning)
Sprinkle your favorite sea salt all over beautiful carrot spears.
Roast-it-with-Renata at 375F until they are soft inside, a little golden brown if ya like it. Naturally, I like mine a little burned!
15-20 minutes until soft. 20-35 minutes for golden or slightly over browned carrots.
Slurp those colors into your cells!
