Gayle Gluten and Dairy Free Kitchen Melts my Taste Buds

Ingredients

  • 1 brown rice tortilla (Food for Life brand)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic strained tomatoes (Bionatural brand)
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free grated mozzarella cheese (Daiya brand)
  • 6 organic spinach leaves
  • 6-8 slices organic, nitrate-free salami (Applegate Farms brand)

 

Method

Step 1

Spread strained tomatoes on tortilla.

Step 2

Nestle salami and spinach leaves on top.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

Pop in toaster oven or broiler for a few minutes, or until golden.
