March Munchness recipe–Two Fork Pork!

March Madness is here and even my boss at the bookstore has invited all employees to throw down a bracket and bet on college basketball.
Sadly, I don’t know squat about college sports except that I hope my son picks U of I for the next four years because Lovie Smith is going to coach football there. Even I know who he is!
I may not be able to participate in the bracket choices, but I DO know how to play the party picks for menu choices. My “Two Fork Pork” is a slam dunk meal because it requires so little effort.
Any dish that I can dump in a slow cooker while I slip into a day dream or read a book is a team player in Renata’s Kitchen. Not only does this dish make me look like an all-star, I can feed a house full of athletes without budging off the sofa.
There is a waiting commitment involved, but you can always put this in the slow cooker the night before on low and wake up to pulled pork in the morning. I have seen my sunny son GOBBLE bbq pulled pork for breakfast. Hey, whatever he needs to get through his athletic and academic life is fine by me.
March Munchness is similar to March Madness. It brings everyone out of the winter slumber and is a call to action!
